Designed a live operations centre combining vehicle locations, delivery status, route exceptions and driver context. Dispatchers can prioritise issues without switching systems.
The project
Logistics manager Noah Williams needed a clearer view of 74 vehicles and 320 daily deliveries. We combined mapping, exceptions and driver status into a single control centre. The fictional pilot reduced late deliveries by 17%, unnecessary kilometres by 12%, and dispatcher phone calls by 39%.
