The project
Property director Olivia Bennett wanted one responsive platform for owners, tenants and managers. We designed guided maintenance reporting, payment visibility and a central communication timeline. The fictional launch cut routine support calls by 31%, reduced average maintenance triage from 19 hours to 7 hours, and lifted on-time rent payments to 96%.
