Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about business stationery design. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
Can you use our current logo?
Yes. We check the supplied source files before artwork begins. If only a low-resolution version is available, we can advise on recreating it so your stationery prints sharply.
Can you arrange printing?
Print liaison can be included. We can work with your preferred printer or suggest options, prepare files to their specifications and check proofs before production.
Are editable templates available?
Yes, where requested and technically appropriate. Letterheads, invoices and document covers are commonly supplied as Word or Google Docs templates, set up with styles so your team can edit content without breaking the layout.
Can you design stationery before our new brand is finished?
It is best to finalise the logo, colours and typography first so stationery does not need rework. If timing is tight, we can plan both together and prioritise the items you need first.
Will our email signature work in Outlook and Gmail?
We build signatures using techniques that display reliably across common email programs and test them before handover. Some programs have limitations, which we explain along with the best approach for your setup.
Do you offer special finishes such as foil or embossing?
Yes, we can design for special finishes and coordinate with printers who offer them. We prepare the separate artwork layers these processes need and confirm availability and specifications early.
