The project
Mobility director Grace Park wanted drivers to find and start a charge without uncertainty. We prioritised live availability, connector compatibility and a clear charging session. The fictional beta reduced failed start attempts by 35%, shortened charger selection time by 48%, and achieved a 4.7/5 usability score.
