The project
Marketplace founder Ben Carter wanted booking a trusted tradesperson to feel as straightforward as ordering a ride. We designed guided job requests, transparent availability and status updates. Fictional conversion rose by 28%, booking abandonment fell by 33%, and 89% of completed jobs received a customer review.
Results
Concept founder Ben Carter needed fewer abandoned bookings. The proposed design increased conversion by 28% and reduced abandonment by 33%.
