The project
Hospitality entrepreneur Ethan Russo wanted to highlight independent restaurants rather than bury them in generic lists. We designed location-aware discovery, visual menus and transparent order tracking. The fictional trial produced a 23% higher checkout rate, an average order value increase of $8.40, and 31% more repeat orders within 30 days.
