The project
Clinic manager Hannah Liu needed to reduce front-desk pressure while protecting sensitive workflows. We designed appointment, billing and communication tools using accessibility-first patterns. The fictional clinic recorded 27% fewer no-shows, 41% faster appointment changes and a 32% reduction in reception call volume over three months.
