The project
People and culture lead Priya Nair needed to make onboarding consistent across three offices. We mapped the employee journey and created guided tasks, leave management and review workflows. The fictional result shortened onboarding administration by 46%, lifted new-starter task completion to 94%, and improved the 90-day employee satisfaction score by 18 points.
