The project
Developer experience lead Victor Chen wanted teams to reach their first successful API call faster. We reorganised documentation around real tasks and added interactive examples and visible service status. In the fictional developer trial, median time to first call fell from 47 minutes to 16 minutes, documentation search success rose to 92%, and onboarding support tickets declined by 34%.
